All families are required to complete the admission forms in full prior to their child’s first day of attendance. These forms collect essential information including the child’s personal details, parent and emergency contacts, authorized pick-up persons, health and allergy information, consent for emergency medical treatment, and signed financial and enrollment agreements.
In addition, parents or legal guardians must carefully review the Parent Handbook, which outlines important policies and procedures such as attendance and sign-in requirements, tuition and payment obligations, behavior expectations, illness and safety guidelines, holiday and weather closings, and the center’s right to terminate services if policies are not followed or an unsafe environment is created.
By signing the Parent Agreement, families acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with all rules and regulations contained in the handbook and that they accept responsibility for meeting all program requirements.
